Meet Our Founders
Katrina Kamps
With 15 years experience in credit card processing, Katrina Kamps offers merchants critical expertise on compliant programs, transparent pricing, customer service and response times. Katrina’s success is a result of the success she has helped her clients achieve, having helped over 2,000 clients save money, and lots of it, through her work with them. As a “lifer” in this industry, her work isn’t just a business for her, it’s truly a passion project.
Katrina’s journey of establishing the Credit Card Family was fueled by a shared passion for this industry, knowing that our team has an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and to build meaningful relationships. Katrina’s truest joy is her blended and happy family. She has three children - Courtney, Caylee and Christopher - and three step-children - Ben, Vanessa and Mitch. She and her husband, Jerry, split their time between Florida and Wisconsin.
Katie Deegan
With more than 10 years experience managing customer service in the credit card processing industry, Katie Deegan is a critical asset to merchants in solving problems, lowering fees, bringing projects to completion and saving customers money. While overseeing all customer service-related items for CCC, she began the move to sales to help amplify her in-depth expertise and knowledge of credit cards and the industry, which she initially honed during her prior work experience. She’s incredibly proud to begin a bigger journey in building and establishing The Credit Card Family alongside her family.
A breast cancer survivor, Katie knows the power of community. She is an active member of her survivor community and takes referrals for patients who were recently diagnosed, helping them navigate the plight ahead - a cause very dear to her heart. Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, she and her husband, Jeff, currently reside in Cape Coral, Florida.
Courtney DeCleene
Courtney spearheads operations, analytics and marketing for The Credit Card Family. With prior work experience in project management and business intelligence analytics, she began her journey with CCF by helping her mother, Katrina Kamps, and her aunt, Katie Deegan, create an online presence for their individual brands with social media and marketing. While learning the complexities of credit card processing and working to build out CCF, she gained an interest in helping them expand their reach and increase transparency in this industry.
With her technical expertise, she brings a unique approach to running point on projects, customer service and marketing initiatives. She has a proven track record of adapting requirements to meet the ever-changing needs of organizations. Her effective communication skills, consistent attention to detail, and collaborative approach make her a valuable asset for The Credit Card Family. Courtney currently resides in Austin, Texas with her dog, Mika.
