Katrina Kamps

With 15 years of credit card processing experience, Katrina Kamps has helped over 2,000 clients eliminate fees and save money through compliant programs and transparent pricing.


As a co-founder of The Credit Card Family, Katrina combines her passion for exceptional customer service with building meaningful relationships. Her greatest joy is her blended family with her husband Jerry, including her three children - Courtney, Caylee and Christopher - and her three step-children - Ben, Vanessa and Mitch. Katrina splits her time between Florida and Wisconsin.

Katie Deegan

With over a decade of customer service experience in credit card processing, Katie Deegan excels at solving problems, eliminating fees, and saving clients money.


Having moved to sales to amplify her credit card industry knowledge, she brings unmatched expertise to The Credit Card Family, a business she’s proud to have founded alongside her family. A breast cancer survivor, Katie actively supports her survivor community. Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, she now resides in Cape Coral, Florida, with her husband, Jeff.

Courtney DeCleene

Courtney DeCleene leads operations, analytics, and marketing for The Credit Card Family, leveraging her expertise in systems, process improvement, and automation to drive efficiencies.


With a background in project management and business intelligence, she helped establish the company from its start with a goal of expanding their reach and increasing transparency in the industry. Her adaptability, attention to detail, and collaborative approach make her a key asset. Courtney resides in Austin, Texas, with her dog, Mika.
